Since 1974, we’ve employed diverse extraction methods for essential oils, cultivating medicinal and aromatic plants across 128 fertile acres in Egypt’s primary production area, Wadi region of BeniSuef, spanning decades.
In 1976, we established our initial steam distillation unit, albeit rudimentary, through which we successfully extracted numerous oils.

In early 1981, a dual emphasis on development emerged, covering cultivation and distillation stages. This involved adopting best agricultural practices, including cultivating new seed varieties for diverse aromatic plants.
In recent decades, concerted efforts have led to the development and expansion of distillation infrastructure, resulting in a current total of 30 units situated across various locations. Together, these units yield an annual production of 75,000 kilograms of diverse essential oils.

Cultivating Excellence: We are The Growers
With years of expertise in cultivating specific crops, we prioritize top-tier seeds and equipment, employing environmentally-friendly farming practices.
Our comprehensive understanding of local soil, climate, and optimal planting/harvesting schedules guarantees the production of premium, potent essential oils from our crops.
The company is led by a Chief Agricultural Specialist, a Former Director General of the Ministry of Agriculture, and the director of the ‘Egyptian-German Integrated Pest Management Project’. This team ensures the application of precise scientific methodologies and principles across all stages of agricultural operations.

We are The Distillers
The distillation phase, crucial for essential oil production, demands expert handling and meticulous attention. Here, in our distillery, the crop undergoes processing to extract its rich, aromatic essence.
As seasoned distillers overseeing our essential oil production, we employ extraction methods and equipment designed to maintain the crop’s distinctive chemical composition and fragrance profile.
The culmination is a premium-grade, concentrated aromatic oil, representing the pinnacle of quality.

Steam Distillation
Utilizing 30 distillation units strategically positioned across field locations, we execute steam distillation procedures meticulously tailored to exact specifications and predetermined timeframes, contingent upon the specific essential oil being processed.
Each distillation unit boasts a capacity of 3.53 cubic meters, culminating in a combined total of 105.9 cubic meters across all units, affording our company an unparalleled production capacity unmatched by competitors.
Employing rigorous professionalism, we meticulously control steam rates and distillation durations in alignment with plant type and the desired essential oil extraction.

Quality Deserving Trust
Every batch of Our essential oil undergoes several intensive tests at an independent third-party lab. The oils are tested for potency, purity, and overall quality.
By Gas Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry (GC/MS) analysis, we can determine the chemical breakdowns of essential oils to verify purity and potency.
We are The Traders
Throughout decades, our products have enjoyed a strong presence in the local market, supplying numerous perfume and cosmetics and Flavors & Fragrances manufacturers and earning the trust of our clientele.
Building upon this success, we have made the strategic decision to expand into international markets, initiating the exportation of our products to destinations worldwide.
Our objective is to solidify our reputation as a reliable company and preferred product within the global perfume and cosmetics and Flavors & Fragrances industry.

Quality Control
Our oils are subject to a thorough quality control inspection. The exact parameters for quality control tests address the following, and allow us to determine that the product meets QC standards:
- Organoleptic assessment (odor, appearance, taste) as appropriate
- Visual evaluation (color, clarity, foreign materials)
- Specific gravity (SG)
- Optical rotation (OP)
- Refractive index (RI)
- Flash point (FP)
- Gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GCMS)

Transport & Storage
Oils are shipped in containers that protect the oil from contamination by the container itself.
The container in which the oil is shipped depends upon the reactivity of the oil to the container enclosing it.
Containers in which the oil is stored for transport include:
- HDPE Plastic Drums
- Steel Drums Stainless Steel Drums
- Food grade epoxy lacquered aluminum
